GREEN ECO PRO's 2017 new product: a chip settlement processor dedicated to machine-tool tanks.
On most CNC machine tools, the metal chips generated during machining are usually carried by the coolant to the chip conveyor and collected in the chip cart. However, some metal chips inevitably settle in the tank during the chip-removal process — whether the conveyor is of the spiral, magnetic scraper, or permanent-magnet type, this happens all the same.
To solve this problem for customers, GREEN ECO PRO developed a chip settlement processor dedicated to machine-tool tanks. Whether small granular steel chips, cast-iron chips, copper chips, or aluminum chips, its range is very broad, and it offers rapid, powerful collection of chips of every form within that range.
