GREEN ECO PRO:
starting with pollution control around the machine tool

GREEN ECO PRO sees itself as a cleanup partner for industry, bringing together equipment for air, water and waste. Circular recovery, zero emissions and zero pollution are long-term goals — not results our current equipment already achieves.

About GREEN ECO PRO

GREEN ECO PRO was founded in 2011 by specialists in environmental engineering, electromechanical technology, industrial design, and occupational safety and health management, and focuses on developing coolant purification equipment. The team's experience in environmental control predates the company and totals more than 18 years.

We strive to bring a better working environment to manufacturing, contribute to the planet's environment together with our many customers, and continuously develop efficient, problem-solving green-energy products.

GREEN ECO PRO has its own R&D and design team and was an early holder of multiple registered patents. Our proprietary S.T.P.M module effectively resolves oil-water mixing. Our products are sold worldwide, letting customers across Europe and the Americas, Japan, Southeast Asia and mainland China experience the strength of MIT (Made in Taiwan) products.

GREEN ECO PRO products suit CNC milling machines, lathes, gantry types, turn-mill machines, multi-axis machining centers and central processing facilities. On most models the filter baskets and screens can be washed and reused; the filter cartridges and media in the precision-filtration series are replacement parts, with replacement intervals that depend on the model, workpiece material and fluid condition — see each product page.

What we actually do

From reading the problem on site to handing over the equipment, these four stages all happen in-house.

  1. 01

Read the site, identify the problem

First establish whether the contamination comes from the air, the liquid surface or the tank floor, along with tank capacity, how far the level varies, and the air supply available. The same symptom can have different causes, and selection starts here.

  2. 02

    Development and design

Developed jointly by people from environmental engineering, electromechanical, industrial design and occupational safety backgrounds. The S.T.P.M oil-water coalescing module and the float skimmer are our own patented designs.

  3. 03

    Manufacture and assembly

Designed and built in Taiwan. Pneumatic models need no electricity, which removes wiring and leakage concerns on the floor.

  4. 04

    Installation, commissioning and maintenance

Mounting position and pipe routing follow the machine layout; cleaning and replacement are explained at handover. Baskets and filter screens are washable and reusable; precision filter cartridges and UV lamps are replacement parts.

Closed-loop recovery, zero discharge and zero pollution are long-term goals, not results the current equipment has already achieved. Our approach is to separate contaminants physically, without chemical dosing, so that coolant and metal chips can return to a reusable state.
