How oil and coolant separate —
and when to clean the filters
Rather than relying on chemical agents, GREEN ECO PRO uses structural design to speed up oil-water separation and the settling of contaminants. Below is how our four in-house technologies work and the conditions each one suits.
Four types of contamination, four ways to handle them
Oil mist and fumes
Atomised during machining and left hanging in the air around the machine. Extracted at source, trapped by layered filter media, and the separated liquid drains back to the tank.
Surface tramp oil
Leaked oil floating on the coolant surface, where anaerobic bacteria breed. A float skimmer follows the liquid level to draw it off, then it is separated physically, leaving the coolant concentration unchanged.
Settled metal chips
Iron chips, aluminium sludge and tungsten powder settling on the tank floor and eating into usable capacity. Drawn out continuously under vacuum and caught in a stainless basket that is rinsed and reused.
Four in-house developments
All four were developed in-house. The S.T.P.M module and the float skimmer are stated as patented designs in the product documentation; the other two are presented as design features. Patent numbers, jurisdictions and scope are available from GREEN ECO PRO for verification.

Patented
Oil-Water Coalescing Separation Module
Structural design accelerates the settling of suspended solids, while its non-oleophilic material allows fast, continuous oil-water separation. One-piece injection molding and a special star-shaped design increase surface area without altering coolant concentration.

Float-Ball Skimmer
An anti-twist design keeps the float ball balanced on the water surface and the piping flowing smoothly, automatically adjusting to the water level, with a minimum operating height of just 5 cm.

Design feature
FC-Series Self-Cleaning Negative-Pressure Canister
Increases the saturation capacity for capturing suspended impurities and processes continuously without downtime, maintaining efficient and stable chip filtration.

GEP-Series LED Alert Cleaning Light
An industry-first alert light provides visual management of whether filter media needs replacing or cleaning, making maintenance timing clear at a glance and preventing performance decline.

What We Develop Next
GREEN ECO PRO continues to focus on in-house development. Building on our existing oil-water separation, chip handling and precision filtration, we adapt module designs to different machining conditions so the equipment solves shop-floor problems at a practical price.
