During machining the chip conveyor removes some swarf, but sludge that is not carried away settles at the bottom of the tank, breeding anaerobic bacteria that release odor and acidify the coolant, lowering its pH and causing it to degrade and spoil; it also reduces the effective tank volume, leading to insufficient coolant supply.
Negative-pressure vacuum filtration principle
The FC series generates a negative-pressure vacuum with a pneumatic pump to obtain high suction volume, continuously drawing impurities and suspended particles from the tank bottom and trapping them in a stainless-steel filter basket. The whole process requires no electricity; the basket is reusable after cleaning, balancing safety with operating cost.

Chips are drawn out continuously instead of settling on the tank floor, so the usable tank capacity is maintained; cleaning becomes a basket rinse rather than draining the whole tank, with no need to stop the machine for it; the basket is washable and reusable, so there is no filter-replacement cost.
