The FC Sludge Removal & Coolant Recirculation series uses the negative-pressure vacuum principle to obtain high suction volume for continuous filtration, intercepting impurities and suspended particles. Impact of sludge not being removed in time

During machining the chip conveyor removes some swarf, but sludge that is not carried away settles at the bottom of the tank, breeding anaerobic bacteria that release odor and acidify the coolant, lowering its pH and causing it to degrade and spoil; it also reduces the effective tank volume, leading to insufficient coolant supply.

Negative-pressure vacuum filtration principle

The FC series generates a negative-pressure vacuum with a pneumatic pump to obtain high suction volume, continuously drawing impurities and suspended particles from the tank bottom and trapping them in a stainless-steel filter basket.
