Building on the FCG-105, the FCG-105 AUTO adds automated dual-cartridge alternating filtration and an auxiliary tank for continuous recirculation with no downtime. Developed to address the varying particle size, mass and hardness of contaminants produced by different grinding materials, it suits quartz, silicon carbide, semiconductor grinding, EDM and high-precision machining, effectively removing fine impurities from the fluid — dust, emulsions, fine metal powders, ceramic powder, quartz, wire-cutting powder, aluminum powder, tungsten-carbide powder, grinding powder, screw-factory oil sludge, cast-iron powder and more — down to a filtration accuracy of 5μm. Widely used on lathes, milling machines, grinders, drilling machines, CNC, boring machines, planers, sawing machines and broaching machines.
The FCG series uses a Japanese imported submersible pump to first stir and then draw in the waste; the impeller is made of hardened high-chromium steel to resist hard debris. The FCG-105 AUTO combines automated dual-cartridge alternating filtration with an auxiliary tank: when one cartridge saturates it automatically switches to the other, and together with the inlet suction motor, outlet pressurizing motor and alternating control panel it delivers continuous recirculation with no downtime at all.
The FCG-105 AUTO filtration system is fitted with a high-performance filter cartridge whose media uses a three-layer special material and weaving process, achieving a filtration accuracy of 5μm and a flux of up to 110 LPM, filtering effectively while delaying saturation. Applications include EDM, straight-oil machining and grinding; for high-precision machining it effectively intercepts fine impurities. The filter cartridge is a consumable and must be replaced periodically. (The flux curve above is for a quartz-machining case and is for reference only.)

Both straight-oil and water-based coolants can be filtered; the high-precision cartridge effectively filters fine chips and powder after machining, controlling the quality of the machining tank and automatically removing fine swarf, dust, emulsions, fine metal powders, ceramic powder, quartz, wire-cutting powder, aluminum powder, tungsten-carbide powder, grinding powder, screw-factory oil sludge, cast-iron powder and the like. When the media is saturated the warning light flashes automatically for easy management; high-performance precision filtration ensures the quality of workpieces (such as tungsten-carbide tools) and extends the life of the machine tool.
