Choose equipment by
pollution source and machine conditions

Five equipment groups, each handling a different problem: oil mist, tramp oil, settled chips and fine powder. Model numbers and selection criteria are listed for each. If you are not sure which one fits, tell us about your machine and tank.

OILMIST

Oil Mist Collectors

Choosing a GEP unit: start with enclosure volume

The three units cover consecutive ranges. Match your machine enclosure volume against the axis below to find the model that fits. "Flagship" and "economy" are series names, not an indication of coverage.

The GEP-300L runs at 73 dB, against 65 dB for the other two — worth weighing if the work area is sensitive to noise. Airflow is stated for both 50Hz and 60Hz supplies. Final selection still depends on extraction point, duct length and the machine openings.

ULTRA

Coolant Purification Systems

Choosing between the three Ultra units

The difference is not only the flow figure. Body height runs from 430 to 880 mm, and whether it fits beside your tank — and whether you need a separate oil drum — is usually what decides it.

Figures above are as stated in the original catalogue. Selection still depends on tank volume, how far the level varies, the space available and the air supply on site. Send us those and we will help you work it out.
