Ultra 90 Compact Pneumatic Oil-Water Separator

The Ultra 90 compact pneumatic oil-water separator is small in size and easy to integrate with CNC machines.Working on the principle of not altering the original coolant concentration or base oil, it effectively removes the main leaked (tramp) oil, preventing anaerobic bacteria growth and coolant acidification. It solves tank corrosion and leakage on die-casting plants, screw machines, electroplating plants, washing machines, milling machines, CNC lathes, drilling machines, grinders, cutting machines and similar equipment, while eliminating foul odor and pH instability along with the downstream costs they cause. Unlike conventional oil skimmers or belt, disc and chain skimmers that scoop off oil on contact, this unit preserves the original coolant concentration; the separated waste oil is highly concentrated and can be recovered for value.

Minimized Skimmer — Patent-Certified Tramp Oil Skimmer

If leaked (tramp) oil is left untreated, it covers the coolant surface and triggers anaerobic bacteria growth; the coolant's base oil is the ideal nutrient for these bacteria, so they multiply rapidly, and the compounds produced by their reactions are the source of the odor. The patented floating oil skimmer draws off surface oil and automatically adjusts its height with the liquid level. It is compact and includes a patented anti-kink device to stay balanced, and it operates normally even at low liquid levels — down to a minimum operating height of just 5 cm.
