GREEN ECO PRO treats pollution by physical means without altering the coolant's original concentration. Here is the fluid's full path through the plant.

    Pollution

    Machining atomises fluid, producing oil mist, tramp oil, metal chips and settled sludge.

    Collect

    Source extraction collects oil mist; the floating skimmer takes surface oil with the level.

  3. 03

    Separate

    The S.T.P.M module physically speeds oil-water separation and settles suspended solids.

  4. 04

    Filter

    Multi-layer media and a self-cleaning vacuum drum capture impurities down to 5μm.

  5. 05

    Purify

    UV-C light breaks microbial DNA, suppresses anaerobes, removes odour and stabilises the fluid.

    Recover & reuse

    Pure oil and metal chips are recovered; coolant keeps circulating, reducing waste fluid.
