An oil mist collector dedicated to both oil-based and water-based cutting fluids. The GEP series uses a vortex impeller, a vertical design and high-precision filter media to effectively eliminate mist and oil fume; an optional smoke-filter cartridge captures oil fume down to 1μm, while the specially designed vortex impeller efficiently recovers atomized cutting fluid and reduces coolant loss.
The vertical design draws air first and then filters it, so the airflow is comparatively strong, whereas a horizontal unit with three filtration layers produces weaker suction. In terms of vibration, the vertical layout vibrates less than a horizontal one, allowing higher CNC machining accuracy. The GEP vertical design delivers high airflow, low vibration and high oil-mist recovery, professionally handling the oil fume, oil vapor, oil mist and fine particulates generated by CNC lathes, milling machines and other machine tools, effectively meeting the PM2.5 standard range.
The logo on the unit stays lit during operation and flashes when the filter media is saturated and needs cleaning or replacement. The standard multi-layer filter is washable and reusable, simplifying maintenance and lowering consumable costs.
Support column: 430×430×1700 mm; high-efficiency smoke-filter cartridge: 1μm long-life type / 600 mm, for further capture of oil fume.
