The UV-135 sterilization unit uses ultraviolet irradiation to destroy the DNA of microorganisms and halt their growth — a water-quality purification system designed specifically for machine-tool coolant tanks. Sterilization Principle

UV-C ultraviolet light continuously irradiates the coolant as it flows through, destroying the DNA of microorganisms so that bacteria cannot reproduce and cease to grow. Compared with chemical dosing, this is a natural, consumable-free method of sterilization that stabilizes water quality, suppresses odor and anaerobic bacteria, and reduces coolant emulsification.
